Optometrist – Full-Scope Private Practice

More about our Optometrist career:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Optometrist to join our growing family in Fayetteville, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about full-scope optometry and eager to provide total vision care to an established and loyal patient base. In this role, you will have the autonomy to practice at the highest level while being supported by a collaborative team that values your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision care to a diverse patient population.

• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases, with a specific emphasis on Dry Eye therapies.

• Fit and manage specialty contact lenses.

• Collaborate with our optical team to ensure patients receive the best eyewear solutions from our fully stocked optical dispensary.

• Build lasting relationships with patients, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Practice Highlights & Technology:
Step into a practice designed for clinical success. We invest in advanced diagnostic technology to support your clinical decisions, including:

• Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)

• Visual Field Analysis

• Autorefractors

• Modern exam lanes

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited school of optometry.

• Current licensure to practice optometry in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mentality.

• Ability to work collaboratively with a support team of technicians and opticians.
