HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MAILROOM CLERK IN KATY, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Mailroom Clerk in Katy, TX. This individual will be responsible for sorting and filing mail, handling deliveries, and providing clerical and customer service support in a professional office environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $15.00/hour 
• Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm  
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Located in Katy, TX

Duties and Responsibilities

• Sort, organize, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Perform clerical tasks, including filing, sorting, and maintaining organized records
• Receive and handle deliveries, ensuring items are directed to the appropriate individuals or departments
• Provide professional, courteous customer service when assisting employees, visitors, and delivery personnel
• Interact professionally with executive-level staff and maintain a business-casual demeanor.
• Safely lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.; coordinate team assistance for heavier deliveries
• Maintain an organized and efficient mailroom environment

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age due to deliveries that may include firearms and alcohol
• Previous clerical experience, including filing and sorting, required
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.; deliveries weighing 80–100 lbs. require team assistance
• Strong organizational and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor and ability to interact with executive-level personnel
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks efficiently
• Ability to work the scheduled Monday–Friday shift, with flexibility for half-day Fridays as needed
