Reporting directly to the dentist, you will manage patient interactions and administrative tasks in a welcoming environment. This role offers the perfect balance of working independently while collaborating closely with our second front desk team member to keep our office running like clockwork.

Job Description Patient Coordination: Manage patient check-ins, schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain accurate patient records.
Communication Hub: Handle a multi-line phone system with professional flair and provide top-tier customer service.
Financial Management: Process payments and billing accurately, handle financial transactions, and verify insurance coverage.
Insurance Support: Assist with insurance claim processing to ensure timely reimbursement.
Office Flow: Coordinate daily office activities and utilize dental practice management software to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
part-time $18 - $24 per hour

Requirements Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in dental office reception is required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Core Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a passion for excellent customer service.
Software Proficiency: Experience with Curve dental software and the Mango phone system.
Specialized Knowledge: Prior experience in insurance claim processing and complex appointment scheduling.
