CYAP is a Trinity Magnet SeriesTM | MOC Divisions aviation education and workforce-development program serving scholars through structured aviation instruction, simulation, flight-training preparation, workforce-based learning, airport exposure, and progressive professional-pilot pathways.
This form is used to verify candidate qualifications, FAA credentials, instructional experience, educator credentials, youth-program eligibility, and readiness for placement within a public-school environment.
Completion of this form does not constitute an employment offer.
Selected candidates may be asked to provide additional documentation and complete applicable program, school, district, background, fingerprinting, and safety-clearance requirements.
