ATM Protection AgentZona Facta Collective is currently seeking qualified Armed Security Guards for an ATM Technician Protection contract in the Greater Baton Rouge, Louisiana area. This position is a W-4 employee role.Guards will be responsible for providing armed protective services while escorting ATM technicians, ensuring technicians are able to perform their duties safely, securely, and without interference. This role requires professionalism, reliability, and strict adherence to company and client protocols.Key ResponsibilitiesEscort ATM technicians to and from assigned job sites throughout the Greater Lafayette areaProvide armed protective presence during ATM servicing operationsMaintain situational awareness and proactively mitigate potential security risksReport for duty on time and remain on standby at the beginning of each scheduled shiftMaintain clear communication through designated company channelsFollow all Zona Facta Collective policies, procedures, and client-specific post ordersComplete accurate timekeeping and required reports as directed by supervisionPosition RequirementsCurrent Louisiana Armed Security License (Required)Ability to pass a criminal background checkAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screeningReliable transportation; regional travel requiredMust meet physical and professional standards for armed security dutiesEquipment RequirementsFirearm (pistol) with a minimum of two extra magazinesDuty belt with Level III retention holsterBlack body armorUniform StandardsZona Facta Collective black uniform shirt (provided)OD green tactical pantsNo body cameras or tasers authorizedMilitary or law enforcement background preferred (exceptions may be made for highly qualified candidates)Must be available to work at least three (3) weekend shifts within each 28-day scheduling cycleShifts AvailableOperations run 7 days per week, based on client demandFlexible scheduling within operational requirementsEmployees must be available for the full duration of assigned shiftsPunctuality and readiness at shift start time are mandatoryImportant NotesThis position is a W-4 employee role, not a 1099 contractor positionEmployment is subject to company policies, supervision, and scheduling requirementsOnly applicants who currently hold a valid Armed Security License should applyThis position may lead to additional assignments and advancement opportunities within Zona Facta CollectiveAbout Zona Facta CollectiveZona Facta Collective is a veteran- and law enforcement-led organization committed to professionalism, integrity, and operational excellence within the private security sector.
