Job Summary:

Responsible for distributing work assignments to the security officers. Overseeing all aspects of provisioning and access control management for all individuals, including employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors—accessing client facilities. Ensures proper authorization and secure entry into buildings.

Job Duties:

· Manage and assign daily duties to security officers, ensuring effective coverage and operational readiness .

· Oversee access control and screening procedures for all individuals entering client facilities, ensuring proper authorization and safety compliance .

· Supervise and train security staff, promoting adherence to professional standards and client requirement s.

· Conduct site patrols, respond to incidents or alarms, and coordinate emergency response actions .

· Maintain detailed logs and incident reports, communicating promptly with management regarding security concerns or irregularities .

· Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards

· Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.

· Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or GED.

· Possess a valid Driver’s License.

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Security License Requirements:

· Licensed Security Guard Card. (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications:

· Two years of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling services industry.

Physical requirements:

· Must be able to constantly lift, move up, push, pull up to 70 lbs; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, & bend.

Working conditions:

· Must be able to work in rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime.

· Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
